摘要
目的探讨开放式后入路腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术患者的护理经验。方法选取2016年1~11月我院腹股沟疝患者80例为研究对象,随机分成两组,各40例。均进行开放式后入路腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以全面护理。比较两组术后并发症发生率及生活质量。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(17.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者SCL-36各项指标评分结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组患者的各指标评分均有所提高,与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面性护理开放式后入路腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术患者能够降低其并发症发生风险,同时还可提高其生活质量,效果十分理想。
Objective To explore the nursing experience of open posterior peritoneal inguinal hernia repair.Methods 80 cases of inguinal hernia patients in our hospital from January to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.They were all received open posterior peritoneal inguinal hernia repair.Patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care.The incidence of postoperative complications and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group（2.5%） was lower than that in the control group （17.5%）,the difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）.Before nursing,there were no significantly different among the scores of indexes in SCL-36 in two groups（P〉0.05）;after nursing, the scores of indexes in SCL-36 in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.And those in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing open posterior peritoneal inguinal hernia repair surgery can decrease the risk of complications, and improve the quality of life, the effect is very satisfactory.
