摘要
黑龙江省作为东北老工业基地之一,随着工业化、城市化的不断发展,大部分农村也出现了大量的农村剩余劳动力,实现农村劳动力的有效转移和农民非农就业是振兴黑龙江经济发展的重要因素。
The province of Heilongjiang is one of the old industry bases of northeast,turning along with the industrialization,city of develop continuously,big and parts of villages also appeared a great deal of village surplus labor force,carrying out the village labor force to transfer effectively is important factor that develops economic development in Heilongjiang with the farmer non-agriculture employment.
