摘要
警务微博从"群体化"进入"群星化",迅速发展成为政务微博的主导力量,其话语生产力得到了很大程度的提高。在复杂的网络舆论环境中,提升警务微博的话语权不能仅仅依靠公权力本身,而是要在增强其传播硬实力和软实力的基础上,正确履行表达意见的权利,并为草根话语权提供保障。
Developed from mass participation into celebrities participation, the microblog of policing work has become a mainstream of political microblogs, with increased influence of its words. In complex web environment, increasing the influence of microblog of policing work should be based on its capacity of publicity, instead of merely depending on political tools. It should protect the right of expressing views, especially for the grassroot class.
