摘要
新时期、新阶段，传统安全威胁与非传统安全因素相结合，虚拟网络与现实社会相联系．境内因素与境外因素的相互交织，给传统的警务理念和警务模式带来巨大的挑战。只有以信息化领导警务改革，加快信息化建设的步伐，创新公安工作新思路，才能顺应时代发展的大势，回应人民群众的新期待和新要求。
During the new period, the traditional and non-traditional security threat, the combination of virtual network and social reality, and the domestic and overseas factors brings huge challenges to the traditional concept of policing service and policing mode. Therefore, the public security informatization is critical to speed up the pace of the policing reform and innovate the new ideas of the public security work, which can follow the development of times and adapt to the people＇s new expectation and new requirements.
