摘要
以苦参的根为原料,通过改变超声时间、浓度、料液比、超声频率等条件研究了对苦参总碱提取效果的影响,从而可以确定苦参总碱最适合的提取条件。
The root of sophora flavescens was taken as raw material, the effect of the concentration, ultrasonic time solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic frequency and other conditions was researched on the extraction of total alkaloids of sophora flavescens, so that the most suitable extraction conditions of total alkaloids of sophora flaveseens could be determined.
