摘要
成本管理是商用飞机公司管理的核心问题,分解所研制飞机的成本是商用飞机管理的一个关键部分。针对商用飞机成本问题,提出了多项式逼近的解决方法。通过构建多项式函数,可以有效测算出商用飞机各部件成本在总成本中的比重,为商用飞机的成本管理提供依据。考虑在需要削减的总成本一定的条件下,构建了一个循环算法,从而给出了各部分需要削减的成本数额以及在总削减成本中的比重。通过案例分析,说明了该算法的有效性。
Cost management is the core of the management of commercial aircraft company,decomposing the cost of the aircraft is a key part of the management of commercial aircraft.The polynomial approximation is proposed to solve the cost allocation problem for commercial aircrafts.By making up polynomial function,each part cost of the commercial aircrafts is given in the proportion of the total cost,and provided the basis of the management of the aircraft.Considering the total cost which needs to be cut under certain,a robin algorithmis constructed that is given the cut number of each part and the proportion of the cost reduction.The algorithm is proved to be true by studying case.
