摘要
目的:观察F、B、Z三种不同的HHK表面及断面结构,确立不同降解速度HHK的形态学指标,阐明其在自体腱形成过程中的形态机理,以更好地为临床服务。材料与方法:人发经过不同生化方法处理,制备混合编制快速(F)、中速(B)、慢速(Z)三种不同降解速度的HHK人工腱在扫描电镜下观察。结果:发现F组毛小皮大部分脱落,皮质中微丝束融合或消失;Z组毛小皮少部分脱落,皮质中微丝束排列略紊乱,而 B组的改变介于前两者之间。结论:不同组分的 HHK形态改变具有各自特点,为其成功应用于临床奠定基础,临床实验证明,HHK最终被降解而被胶原纤维代替并形成自体腱。
Aim: In order to apply the HHK to clinical practice well, we observed the surface and section structures of the HHK and determined the HHK morphological marks of different. dissolution speediness groups and illuminated mechanism of morphological changing during developing of self-tendon. Material and method: human hairs were treated with different biochemical reagents and then turn out the HHK man-made tendons which include the HHK of fast (F), mid (B), slow dissolution speediness groups. Three kinds of the HHK were observed with SEM. Result: A lot of hair cuticles scale off and micro filament fuse and disappear in F group ; some hair cuticles scale off and microfilament lined turbidly ; the morphological changing in B group are situated between the F and Z group. Conclusion: each of three kinds HHK has its morphological features, so they can apply to clinic successfully. Through clinical experiments it is testify that the HHK are dissoluted finally and the collagen fibers substitute for them and selftendon are formed.
