摘要
目的观察中医辨证点穴疗法结合胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择符合标准的2型糖尿病患者127例,等距随机分为治疗组85例和对照组42例,在原胰岛素治疗方法不变的基础上,治疗组配合中医辨证点穴治疗。14日治疗期间监测血糖,观察治疗前后的临床症状积分和血糖水平的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,在改善临床症状方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗后血糖(空腹血糖、餐血2 h血糖)水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论在胰岛素控制血糖的基础上配合点穴可增强疗效,更好地控制血糖。
Objective To research the clinical efficacy of acupoints pressing combined insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods One hundred and twenty-seven cases were randomized into two groups;eighty-five cases in treatment group were treated with acupoints pressing combined insulin injection, and fortytwo cases were treated with insulin, with the course of 14 days. The symptom score and blood glucose were detected before and after treatment. Results The clini- cal efficacy, symptom improvement and blood glucose after treatment were better in treatment group than in the control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined insulin with acupoints pressing can improve the clinical efficacy and control the levels of blood glucose.
