摘要
目的:总结分析浙江省2003—2010年新型合作医疗筹资情况,提出对策建议。方法:对浙江省2003-2010年新型农村合作医疗相关数据进行统计分析。结果:浙江省新农合筹资总体状况较好,筹资总额和人均筹资水平均呈较快增长趋势。结论:应拓宽筹资渠道,强化政府出资,提高农民缴费积极性,进一步改善筹资状况。
Objective To summarize the financing conditions of new rural cooperative medical system in Zhejiang from 2003 to 2010,and to provide information for further decision making.Methods The statistical tables and data about new rural cooperative medical system in Zhejiang from 2003 to 2010 were analyzed.Results The financing level of new rural cooperative medical system has increased greatly.Conclusion Measures should be taken to improve the funding situation,such as to widen the funding collection approaches,to increase funding offered by government,and to encourage farmers＇ positive contribution.
