摘要
目的:总结分析浙江省2003—2010年新型合作医疗门诊补偿情况,提出对策建议。方法:对浙江省2003-2010年新型农村合作医疗相关数据进行统计分析。结果:浙江省新农合农民门诊结报率和补偿率不断提高,门诊费用控制较好。结论:应大力推广和完善门诊补偿,提高农民受益程度,并引导农民合理就医。
Objective To summarize the outpatient reimbursement of new rural cooperative medical system in Zhejiang from 2003 to 2010,and to provide information for further decision making.Methods The statistical tables and data about new rural cooperative medical system in Zhejiang from 2003 to 2010 were analyzed.Results Both the outpatient reimbursement rate and the outpatient compensation rate were constantly increased,and outpatient medical costs were well controlled.Conclusion Efforts should be taken to promote and improve the outpatient reimbursement,and to increase farmers＇ benefit levelFarmers should be guided to have a reasonable medical service.
