摘要
目的探讨综合性心理干预对面部犬咬伤患儿家属心理状态的影响,为心理评估和心理干预提供依据。方法对口腔颌面部犬咬伤89例患儿的252名直系家属进行心理调查,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定患者家属的心理状态,并对其采取以健康教育为主的心理干预措施,比较干预前后患儿家属的心理改变。结果口腔颌面部犬咬伤患儿家属存在恐惧、焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、无助、自责心理障碍,干预后其心理障碍发生率明显下降(P<0.01);干预后患儿家属SAS总分以及SCL-90各因子评分比干预前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论健康教育与综合性心理干预能缓解和改善口腔颌面部犬咬伤患儿家属的心理障碍。
Objective To explore the affection of comprehensive psychological intervention on the psychological status of family members of children bitten by dog in oral cavity maxillofacial region,and to provide the basis for the psychological evaluation and the psychological intervention.Methods 89 children bitten by dogs on oral cavity maxillofacial region diagnosed and treated in our hospital were collected and performed the survey on their psychological status of their immediate family members.The psychological status was evaluated using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and the Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Then their psychological changes were compared before and after the health education and the psychological intervention.Results The immediate family members of the children bitten by dogs in oral cavity maxillofacial region had psychological disorders such as fear,anxiety,depression,anger,helplessness and self-accusation.After the health education and the comprehensive psychological intervention,the psychological disorders were significantly reduced（P0.01） and the total scores of SAS and SCL-90 were significantly were decreased than before intervention（P0.01）.Conclusion The health education and the comprehensive psychological intervention can mitigate and improve their psychological disorders.
