摘要
为研究两面针3种提取物抗氧化作用,采用比色法测定过氧化脂质以探讨两面针提取物抗脂质过氧化作用,并用化学发光法检测该提取物对大鼠全血化学发光的抑制作用及对碱性连苯三酚体系产生的O-·2的清除作用。实验证明,两面针3种提取物对全血化学发光有抑制作用;对由碱性连苯三酚体系产生的O-·2有不同程度的清除作用;对由Fe2+-半胱氨酸诱发的肝脂质过氧化有明显抑制作用。
To study antioxidative effect of three kinds extract from Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC., the antiperoxidant activity of the extracts were studied by colorimetric analysis of lipid peroxide (MDA) formation. The inhibiting and scavenging effects of extracts on chemiluminescence of rat whole blood and O -· 2 in alkaline/pyrogallol system were investigated by using chemiluminescence method. Results showed that three kinds extract from Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. not only have effect inhibiting whole blood chemiluminescence and lipid peroxidate induced in the cells of the liver by cysteine Fe 2+ , but also have marked scavenge O -· 2 in alkaline/pyrogallos system.The extracts from Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.)DC. may be used as an antioxidant.
