摘要
采用乙醇三氯甲烷（２∶１） 作溶剂，对选定的３０ 种中草药粉末进行提取，测定各种提取物的抗氧化活性，用烘箱法和ＯＳＩ法两种方法测定的结果表明厚朴、射干、甘草、芡实４种中草药提取物具有明显的抗氧化活性．山楂、虎杖、白药子、千斤拔、八角在烘箱法测定中表现抗氧化活性较强，而ＯＳＩ法测定的抗氧化活性较弱；相反，诃子等在ＯＳＩ法测定中表现抗氧化活性较强，而烘箱法测定其抗氧化活性较弱．
The thirty Chinese medicines powder are extracted with ethanol?chloroform(2?1)solvent. Determinating antioxidant activity of these extraction with oven method and OSI. The results indicated that four Chinese medicines: Magnolia officinlis, Belancanda chnesis, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Euryale ferox have strong antioxidant activity. Others have weaker than those. The antioxidant activity of Belancanda chnesis is first reported.
