摘要
目的分离并鉴定新疆产芜菁子的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,用现代波谱方法并结合理化常数鉴定化合物的结构。结果从芜菁子中共分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为齐墩果酸(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、熊果酸(Ⅳ)、山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为首次从芜菁子中得到。
OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Brassica rapa L..METHODS The silica gel,gel column chromatography and recrystallization method were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents,the structures of compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic methods.RESULTS Five compounds were identified from Brassica rapa L.,as oleanolic acid(Ⅰ),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),quercetin(Ⅲ),ursolic acid(Ⅳ) and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ were obtained from Brassica rapa L.for the first time.
