摘要
目的调查优质护理服务病房在临床中开展的状况。方法采用自设问卷,对65例患者及65名家属就各项需要的满足情况及优质护理服务带来的影响进行调查;对30名护士就其对优质护理服务的认识进行调查。结果 72.31%的患者对优质护理服务病房中的服务质量持认可态度,尤其对护士给患者提供的康复帮助满意度达100.00%;饮食、运动方面的健康指导满意度达90.77%,但也认为无家属陪护感到孤独、不能及时与家属沟通等。86.15%的患者家属对优质护理服务满意度较高,95.38%认为能节约家属时间和精力;81.54%的患者家属认为优质护理服务病房护理费应适当增加。66.67%的护士认为优质护理服务对护理质量的提高程度较大,但仅36.70%的护士认为普及优质护理服务能够更好地显示出自身价值。结论要进一步增进护患关系,为患者及家属提供方便,增强其安全感,以便更好地开展优质护理服务。
Objective To explore the implementation status of high - quality nursing services in clinic. Methods A total of 65 patients and 65 family member were recruited and investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about their needs and impacts of high - quality nursing services. And a total of 30 nurses were investigated about their recognition to high - quality nursing services. Results Among the involved patients, 72.31% of them were satisfied with the quality of nursing services in "high - quality wards" , especially the satisfaction rate of rehabilitation nursing was 100.00%. The satisfaction rate of health education in dietary and exercise was 90.77% , but there also had some problems, such as lonely feeling caused by lack of family members" accompany and uncommunication in time with family members. The satisfaction ratio of family members about the high - quality nursing services was 86. 15% , and 95.38 % believed that it saved tittle and their energy, and 81.54 % thought that the nursing fee of high - quality nursing services wards should be increased. And 66.67% nurses believed that high - quality nursing services could improve the degree of nursing quality ,but only 36.70% thought that it could embody their value better. Conclusion It is suffested to further should enhance the nurse - patient relationship,increase the convinience and security of patients and their family members in order to provide better high - quality nursing services.
