摘要
随着生活质量的日益提高,人们身边各种各样的产品也越来越多。但随着汽车召回、三鹿奶粉等一系列产品质量缺陷事件的发生。在我国依法治国战略指导下,论文简要论述产品质量缺陷及其法律规制,并讨论该如何完善立法。
With the increasing quality of life, a wide range of products are around people. But a series of product quality defects events are occurred, such as the automobile recalling, Sanlu milk powder quality defects. According to the law, under the guidance of the strategy in China, this paper briefly discusses the product quality defects and the related legal regulations, and bow to improve legislations.
