摘要
目的探讨亚洲型髋关节髓内钉﹙Asian intramedulary hip system,ASIAN IMHS﹚治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法自2008年5月～2010年10月对46例股骨粗隆间骨折采用ASIAN IMHS固定治疗,并观察其疗效。结果随访7～15个月,骨折全部愈合,其优良率为94.4%。结论 ASIAN IMHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有操作简便,创伤小,出血量少,手术时间短,固定稳定可靠,术后恢复好,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想选择。
Objective To study the treatment effect of intertrochanteric fracture with internal fixation of ASIAN IMHS.Method In May 2008 to Aug 2010,46 cases of intertrochanteric fracture with internal fixation of ASIAN IMHS were analyzed retrospectively and the treatment effect was observed.Results After 7 to 15 months follow-up,all the cases completely healed.The excellent and good rate is 94.4%.Conclusion The techniques of ASIN IMHS was simple,with short time,of firm fixation,minimal injury,less bleedings,and good recovery.It should be the ideal choice for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
