摘要 用120mg/kgTNT给恒河猴一次灌胃染毒,血中TNT、DNAT和MHb的浓度—时间曲线均符合单室模型。TNT和DNAT均呈现吸收较快、消除较慢的特点。血中峰浓度和曲线下面积,DNAT均为TNT的37倍,全血廓清率DNAT为TNT的1/40,表观分布容积DNAT为TNT的1/50。椐主要动力参数比较,DNAT比TNT更接近MHb。结果表明,DNAT可用于TNT接触的生物监测。 Trinitrotoluene (TNT) was administrated orally to Rhesus monkeys at 120mg/kg. The result demonstrated that the concentrations of TNT, DNAT, MHb in the blood versus time fitted well with the one-compartment model. A kinetic characteristic was shown that TNT and DNAT were absorbed rapidly and eliminated slowly. AUC and Cmax of DNAT in the blood were 37 times higher than those of TNT, but CL and V were 1/40 and 1/50 than those of TNT respectively. DNAT was more similar to MHb than TNT in term of main toxicokinetic parameters such as AUC, CL, and V. The result suggested that DNAT might give as a biological monitoring index in case of TNT exposure.
