正常豚鼠不同调制频率的听性稳态反应阈值测试 被引量:1

ASSR examination in different modulation frequency of normal guinea pigs

摘要 目的探讨不同调制频率(modulationfrequency,MF)对豚鼠听性稳态反应(auditory steadystate response,ASSR)阈值的影响,建立正常豚鼠A S S R测试最佳值。方法选正常听力豚鼠1 2只(2 4耳),在戊巴比妥钠镇静状态下,行ASSR测试。ASSR参数:载波频率(carrier frequency,CF)为0.5、1、2、3、4、6 kHz,MF分别为21、46、67、74、81、110、154、199 Hz。结果 CF=0.5 kHz时,MF=154 Hz的ASSR阈值最低,除MF=110、67 Hz外,与其他MF测值比,均有统计学意义(t21=6.723,t46=2.661,t74=2.801,t81=2.521,P<0.05);CF=1 kHz时,MF=199 Hz处的ASSR阈值最低,与MF=21、46、81 Hz测试值比,有统计学意义(t21=8.399,t46=2.644,t81=2.022,P<0.05);CF=2 kHz时,MF=154Hz的ASSR阈值最低,与MF为21~74 Hz相比,有统计学意义(t21=11.859,t46=3.423,t67=3.057,t74=2.078,P<0.05);CF=3、6 kHz时,MF=199 Hz的ASSR阈值最低,与MF=21~81Hz相比,有统计学意义(t21=11.093、13.028;t46=4.754、3.459;t67=2.264、3.920;t74=2.151、2.421;t81=2.490、2.998;P<0.05);CF=4 kHz时,MF=154 Hz的ASSR阈值最低,与MF=21~81 Hz相比,有统计学意义(t21=11.715,t46=5.072,t67=2.899,t74=2.053,t81=2.778,P<0.05)。结论 MF影响正常豚鼠ASSR阈值。在镇静状态下,ASSR测试的最佳MF在154~199 Hz之间。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of different modulation frequency(MF)on the threshold of ASSR,and establish the best threshold of ASSR in normal guinea pigs.METHODS Twelve guinea pigs(24 ears)with normal hearing sedated by pentobarbital sodium were selected to ASSR test.ASSR parameters: Carrier frequency(CF)were 0.5,1,2,3,4 and 6 kHz,and the MF were 21,46,67,74,81,110,154 and 199 Hz.RESULTS When CF equaled to 0.5 kHz,the threshold of ASSR with MF of 154 Hz was lower than other MF,with statistically significant differences(P 0.05)except for MF of 110 and 67 Hz;when CF was 1 kHz,the threshold of ASSR with MF of 199Hz was lowest,had significant differences from MF of 21,46 and 81 Hz;In CF of 2 kHz,the minimum threshold of ASSR were in 154 Hz,had statistically differences(P 0.05)from 21~74 Hz;with CF of 3 and 6 kHz,the lowest threshold of ASSR were in 199 Hz.Compared to 21~81 Hz,there was statistically significant difference(P 0.05);when CF equaled to 4 kHz,the minimum threshold of ASSR were in 154 Hz.There were statistically significant differences(P0.05) from MF of 21~81 Hz.CONCLUSION MF had an impact on the threshold of ASSR of guinea pigs.When guinea pigs were sedated,the best MF of ASSR threshold would be between 154 Hz and 199 Hz.
