摘要
目的探讨不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的变化及相互间关系。方法选取符合纳入标准的50例UA患者、50例稳定型心绞痛(SA)患者和50例对照者。对150例入选患者测定血清AngⅡ、hs-CRP和MMP-9水平。比较各组间血清AngⅡ、hs-CRP和MMP-9水平并分析其相关性。结果 UA组血清AngⅡ、hs-CRP和MMP-9水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。UA组血清AngⅡ、hs-CRP和MMP-9水平高于SA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SA组血清AngⅡ、hs-CRP和MMP-9水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。UA组AngⅡ与hs-CRP相关性分析呈正相关:r=0.309,P=0.000。AngⅡ与MMP-9相关性分析呈正相关:r=0.510,P=0.000。MMP-9与hs-CRP相关性分析呈正相关:r=0.615,P=0.000。结论血清hs-CRP、MMP-9和AngⅡ水平的增高与UA有关,可作为评价冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性一个参考指标。UA组血清AngⅡ、hs-CRP和MMP-9三者之间存在一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate changes of serum angiotensin Ⅱ,high sensitivity C-reactive protein,matrix metalloproteinase-9 and correlation among them in patients with unstable angina.Methods The total of 100 patients with angina diagnosed were enrolled in this study,including 50 cases of unstable angina(UA) and 50 cases of stable angina(SA).50 persons without CHD were selected as the control.The serum levels of angiotensin Ⅱ,high sensitivity C-reactive protein and matrix metalloproteinase-9 were measured in 150 patients.Results The serum levels of AngⅡ,hs-CRP and MMP-9 in patients with unstable angina were significantly higher than those in control groups(P0.01).The serum levels of AngⅡ,hs-CRP and MMP-9 in patients with unstable angina were significantly higher than those in patients with stable angina(P0.05).The serum levels of AngⅡ,hs-CRP and MMP-9 in patients with stable angina and control groups were not statistically significant(P0.05).The AngⅡ had positive correlation with hs-CRP,r=0.309,P=0.000.The AngⅡ had positive correlation with MMP-9,r=0.510,P=0.000.The MMP-9 had positive correlation with hs-CRP,r=0.615,P=0.000.Conclusion The alteration of serum concentrations of AngⅡ,hs-CRP and MMP-9 were associated with initiation and progression of UA,and they may help evaluating stability of coronary atherosclerotic.There was a positive correlation among the serum AngⅡ,hs-CRP and MMP-9 in patients with unstable angina.
