五味子果实、藤茎及藤皮的木质素成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对五味子果实、藤茎及藤皮中的五味子甲素及乙素进行提取鉴别及含量测定.方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法及高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以甲醇-水(83 17)为流动相,以甲素、乙素为对照品,测定五味子果实、藤茎及藤皮中木质素的含量.结果:五味子藤皮中甲素的含量与果实中甲素含量相近,藤皮中乙素的含量约占果实中乙素含量的1/3,而五味子藤茎中上述成分均较少. To extract,distinguish and determine the content of the Schisandrins A,Schisandrins B in fruit,rattan stem and rattan skin of Schisandra chimensis Baill.Methods: Using the TLC and HPLC method,the concentration of each component was determined with C18 column with the mobile phase CH3OH-H2O(83:17).Results: The content of Schisandrins A in rattan skin is close to the content of Schisandrins A in fruit;and the content of Schisandrins B in rattan skin is about 1/3 of the content of Schisandrins B in fruit.But the constituents above were less in rattan stem than in rattan skin and fruit.
