通用模拟退火—计算分光光度法测定大米中痕量稀土元素

General Simulated Annealing Algorithm Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Manganese, Iron, Copper and Zinc in Grains

摘要 痕量Nd(Ⅲ)、Ce(Ⅳ)、La(Ⅲ)和Eu(Ⅲ)与偶氮氯膦Ⅲ在pH值为2.0发生高灵敏的显色反应,所形成的二元胶束配合物的吸收光谱严重重叠,本文采用通用模拟退火法辅助分光光度法对模拟样和粮谷中上述4种痕量组分进行了同时测定。结果具有满意的准确度和精密度。 There are highly sensitive chromogenic reaction of trace Mn(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ ) with 2-(5-bromo-2 ?pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol and p-octylpolyethyleneglycol phenylether at pH10 .0 and the absorption Spectra of the formed ternary micelle complexes overlap seriously. Spectrophotometric determination of four trace components in simulation samples and grains was successfully made by using general simulated annealing algorithm. The re-sukts have satisfactory accurate and precision.
