介绍了扣式电池电参数的检测、分选、喷码自动系统的总体结构，分析了小车物流柔性调度的策略及实现。
The paper introduces the overall framework of the system which can examine electric parameters of button batteries, select unqualified batteries from qualified ones, and spray codes on those automatically. Especially, the strategy and realization of vehicles flexible schedule are analyzed.
