摘要
某电厂600 MW机组原润滑油系统设计存在缺陷,长期停运后因泵体空气无法排除而导致启动异常。经技术改造后,基本排除了故障,但是改造方案仍有弊端。通过深入理解润滑油系统工作机理并结合机组实际运行状况。
Because the original design of lubricating oil system of the 600MW Unit is defective in a power plant, it can result the abnormal start owing to the air in pump can not be excluded after long outage. The fault have been basically ruled out after operators took technological transformation to it based on careful analysis. But the original transformation are still defective. A more rational transformation program was proposed through understanding the mechanism of lubricating oil system in depth and combining the actual operation conditions of the unit.
