摘要 针对汽轮机润滑油系统断油烧瓦事故现象,认真分析停机前后运行参数,在确保安全运行前提下,提出了不揭缸、不解体转子对轮和不找转子轴系中心的处理方案,并在短时间内恢复机组正常运行状态,经济效益和社会效益显著。 Aiming at an oil supply interruption and bearing bush burnout accident in a steam turbine lubricating oil system, an analysis was made of the operation parameters before and after the accident. On the premise of ensuring safe operation, a solution without opening the cylinder, disassembling the rotor coupling and locating the center of the rotor shafting was presented, and the normal operation of the unit was restored timely, thus bringing remarkable economic and social benefits.
