外固定支架联合克氏针治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折 被引量：1

摘要 桡骨远端骨折临床十分常见。大多数患者通过闭合复位石膏外固定治疗能取得良好疗效,但对于不稳定的粉碎性骨折,尤其是累及桡骨关节面、合并下尺桡骨关节分离的骨折,以及桡骨远端陈旧性骨折,闭合复位难以达到及维持骨折的良好复位,术后易出现腕关节无力、疼痛、活动受限等症状[1]。我院自2004年2月至2011年4月采用外固定支架联合克氏针治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折17例,取得良好效果,现报告如下。
