摘要
在构建节水型灌溉农业和集水型旱作农业高效节水技术体系的基础上，展望了２１ 世纪几项中国农业节水关键技术的创新和突破：①高效节水灌溉；②雨水利用技术；③农业综合节水技术；④灌区节水管理技术。这些技术和技术体系的突破和推广应用将对我国２１世纪农业可持续发展做出重大贡献。
The great tension and contravention we faced in 21st century will be water supply for agriculture.The fundamental solution to the problem is to develop a large scale,high-effective water-saving techniques.The paper based on establishing water-saving irrigation agriculture and high-effective water-saving drought agriculture system,point out the critical innovating and surmounting on high-effective water-saving techniques as fellows:①high-effective water-saving irrigation;②utilization of precipitation;③integrated water-saving methods;④water management in irrigation.These bread-though and generalization on techniques and system,will become an important part in sustainable developing agriculture in 21st century.
