摘要
良好的医院文化能将人这第一生产力要素中最活跃的因素调动起来,开发其潜能,发挥作用。本研究阐述医院文化和人力资源管理的关系、人力资源管理的作用以及医院重视文化建设对人力资源管理的影响及取得的成效。
Humam,as the most active factor of the essential factor of the first productivity,can be mobilized,developmented its potential,played a role by harmonious hospital culture. This article elaborated the relationship of the hospital culture and human resource management,the effect of human resource management and the role of the institute of hospital culture construction on human resource management,achievement of those.
