摘要
利用SPSS软件对问卷调查数据的统计,分析了苏北地区农村居民的住房现状、需求及其与居民属性的相关关系,通过聚类将调查的居民分为4个组群,在此基础上重点分析各组群居民的住房需求和差异。结果表明,苏北农村目前以院落式瓦房或平房为主要住宅类型,对于未来的需求是希望能居住在院落式2～3层的独立楼房。不同组群居民的需求存在差异,年龄、文化层次、经济条件等是影响居民住房需求层次的主要原因,相关性分析反映出文化层次越高、经济条件越好、居住现状好的居民对住房的需求层次越高,年龄越大的居民、越是固守农耕的居民越不愿意集中居住。
Through statistics of the questionnaire survey data with SPSS software,rural residential condition, housing demand and xts retationship with the residents properties were analyzed in North Jiangsu Province. Residents of the survey were divided into four groups by clustering, then the housing demand and differences of every group residents were further analyzed. The results showed that the present housing situation of the residents was living in the courtyard tile-roof house or one-story house in northern rural of Jiangsu Province and living in two- and threestorey courtyard buildings was their future demand. The housing demand of every group residents was different. Age, educational level, economic conditions were the main reasons effecting housing demand of residents. Correlations reflected that the residents with the higher cultural level, the better economic and living conditions had the higher housing demand level; the residents who was the older and the more dependence on arable land was reluctant to live together.
