摘要
通过对问卷调查数据的统计，从住宅类型、居住面积和居住环境三个方面对苏北地区农村的住居现状和需求进行了分析，结果表明，苏北农村现有的住居特点是以院落式瓦房或平房为主要住宅类型，对于未来的需求是希望能居住在院落式2层～3层的独立楼房，但是更多的需求则是对住居环境的改善。
Through the questionnaire survey data statistics, rural residential condition and demand were analyzed from housing type, living areas and residential environment in north Jiangsu province. The results showed that the living in the courtyard tile-roof house or one-story house was the residential feature now in north Jiangsu province rural. Then living in two and three-storey courtyard buildings was there future needs. Even more important, the residential environment was too needed to be improved.
