摘要 :【目的】探索一种快速,准确且无污染废液的32P放射性测量的方法。【方法】根据契伦科夫辐射(CerenkovRadiation)的原理,对各种有闪烁液和无闪烁液测量介质和测量条件进行对比实验研究。【结果】①无闪烁液的测量效率包括水溶液、空气和滤膜,分别是闪烁液测量的80%、67%和60%;②经闪烁液处理的塑料杯测量32P的效率最高,一般的塑料杯和玻璃塑料杯分别是闪烁塑料杯的69%和50%,③水溶液样品的体积(从30uL~10mL)对测量结果没有明显的影响(P>005)。【结论】闪烁塑料杯的“干式”测量32P,可得最高的探测效率。 Objective Investigate a rapid、accurate method of scintillation and non scintillation liquid on counting the radioactivity of 32 P. Methods According to the theory of Cerenkov radiation, different counting medium and condition on 32 P were studied. Results ① In different counting medium, the counting efficiency of non scintillation liquid in water, air and filter paper were 84%,67% and 60% of the scintillation liquid efficiency respectively.② Different vials: The plastic vials dealed with scintillation liquid had the highest counting efficiency, while the ordinary plastic and glass vials were 69% and 50% respectly. ③ The volume of samples (from 30 uL to 10 mL): the counting results of the samples of defferent volume were not significant change (P>0.05). Conclusion The “dry” counting of 32 P by plastic vials dealed with scintillation liquid can obtain the highest counting efficiency, and can be used repeatly.
