摘要
于成苗期、伸根期、旺长期、成熟期对烤烟品种K326分别以不同土壤相对持水量(RH)处理盆栽烟株。结果表明,淹水对净光合速率(Pn)、光呼吸速率(Pr)、暗呼吸速率(Dr)、叶绿素含量(Chl)影响最大,其次为土壤干旱,再次为土壤水分较多,而蒸腾速率(E)则以土壤干旱对其影响最大。5个生理指标对土壤水分变化的敏感性依次为Pn>E>Pr>Dr>Chl,除Chl以伸根期最敏感外,其余均以旺长期最敏感;5个生理指标在成熟期受土壤水分变化的影响较其它生育期均要小。水分胁迫使烟叶的Pn/Pt(总光合速率)下降,而Dr/Pt、Pr/Pt、E/Pn则增加。土壤水分有利于烤烟各项生理活动的进行,其成苗期为60%,伸根期为60%,旺长期为80%,成熟期为70%~80%。
The results showed that to net photosynthesis rates (Pn), photorespiration rates (Pr), dark respiration rates (Dr) and chlorophyll contents (Chl), the biggest affecting factor is basin irrigation, second is insufficient soil water and third is excessive soil water, but to transpiration rates (E) the biggest's is insufficient soil water. The sensitivity to soil moisture for five physiological indexes is Pn>E>Pr>Dr>Chl, peak phase is the most sensitive growth phase, the opposite is mature phase, except for Chl's most sensitive phase is root extending phase. Water stresses make Pn/Pt (total photosynthesis rate) down, but Dr/Pt, Pr/Pt, E/Pn up. The optimum soil relative water retaining capacities for flue cured tobacco's physiological actctivities are 60% in seedling formation period, 60% in root extending period, 80% in peak period and 70%~80% in mature period.
