摘要
目的 :探索闪光视觉诱发电位对大鼠视功能状态客观反映的可靠性。方法 :使用美国Nicolet多功能电生理诊断仪 ,检测正常和视神经损伤大鼠的闪光视觉诱发电位 (F VEP)。结果 :在我们的实验条件下 ,每只大鼠均可引出典型的和重复性好的NPN波形 ,测出了正常大鼠F VEP峰潜时和振幅值的均值、95%可信区间 ;检测了视神经损伤大鼠的F VEP ,其特点为峰潜时值延迟 ,振幅值降低 ,与正常相比有显著性差异。结论 :F
Objective:To investigate whether flash visual evoked potential (F VEP) shows state dependent alterations as optic nerve function.Methods:Using Nicolet multifunction electric physiological instrument made in USA,the authors monitored changes of F VEP in mormal and optic nerve crush rats.Results:The F VEP wave was reliably observed with characteristic NPN curve.The positive and negative deflections have been designated as the N1,Pl and N2 components.The N1 shows a latency of 37.00±6.00ms,P1 57.75±10.37ms,N2 108.44±21.08mS,and N1 P1 shows an amplitude of 16.72±4.51μV,P1 N2 19.04±3.62μV.The latency of F VEP in optic nerve crush rats shows significant increase compared with normal rats.The amplitude of F VEP in optic nerve crush rats shows significant decrease compared with normal rats.Conclusion:These results demonstrate that the F VEP is a reliable,objective and effective method of showing optic nerve function.
