摘要
目的探讨干眼仪对干眼诊断的价值,并与临床上常用的其他检查方法相比较,研究上述检查方法之间的关系和对干眼诊断的临床意义。方法对40例正常人和100例干眼患者分别行干眼仪、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIt)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)、泪河高度测量五项检查。结果干眼患者的干眼仪检测等级与正常人差异显著。干眼患者的干眼仪检测等级越高,BUT和SIt值越小、泪河越窄、角膜荧光素染色越多。结论干眼仪对干眼的诊断及客观反映病情的严重程度具有临床应用价值,干眼的诊断需要综合分析。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the value of tear film interferometry for dry eye diagnosis and the relationship between the results of tear film interferometry and other common clinical tests.METHODS The status of pre-corneal tear lipid layer in 40 healthy subjects and 100 dry eye patients was estimated by tear film interferometry.The break-up time（BUT） of tear film,schemer I-test（SIt）,corneal fluorescein staining and the height of tear meniscus were also measured.RESULTS The grade of the interference patterns was remarkably different between dry eye patients and healthy subjects.The grades of tear film interferometry would increase when the BUT,SIt and the height of tear meniscus decreased,whereas the scores of corneal fluorescein staining increased.CONCLUSIONS The tear film interferometry examination is a significant clinical method to diagnose dry eye and its severity.But the diagnosis of dry eye needs comprehensive analysis and combined examinations.
