摘要
[目的]观察电针疗法对绝经后骨质疏松模型大鼠S-E2、骨密度的影响。[方法]制备大鼠模型,并将其随机分为模型对照组、电针组、药物组,分别进行电针、药物治疗后观测指标S-E2及腰椎L1-L4、右侧股骨骨密度(BMD)。[结果]电针组较药物组S-E2、腰椎L1-L4骨密度(BMD)升高明显(P<0.05),右侧股骨骨密度略升高,但无显著差别(P>0.05)。[结论]电针治疗可以有效调节绝经后骨质疏松大鼠S-E2的含量,增加腰椎L1-L4骨密度,改善骨质疏松。
[Objective] To observe the effect ele-acupuncture on serum E2 and bone density of rats with osteoporosis.[Method] Make rats model,randomly divide them into model control group(1),ele-acupuncture group(2) and medicinal group(3),with corresponding therapy respectively,then observe index S-E2,lumbar L1-L4 and right thighbone BMD.[Result] Group 2 had higher BMD of S-E2 and lumbar L1-L4 than other two,with right thighbone BMD rising a little,but without marked difference.[Conclusion] Ele-acupuncture can effectively regulate menopause osteoporosis rats' S-E2.
