摘要
[目的]研究黄连温胆汤治疗胃脘嘈杂的临床疗效。[方法]黄连温胆汤功能清胆化痰、理气和胃,临床上常用于治疗虚烦失眠或呕吐呃逆等胆虚痰热内扰症。笔者辨证认为临床上常见的胃脘嘈杂症除与胃肝脾三脏相关外,还与胆有关,属胆虚痰热、胆胃不和之症,用黄连温胆汤治疗恰为贴切。[结果]患有胃脘嘈杂的患者在服用黄连温胆汤后症状消失。[结论]黄连温胆汤对于胃脘嘈杂具有疗效,值得临床上使用推广。
Huanglian Wendan Decoction functions to clear gallbladder and relieve sputum,regulate the Qi flow and harmonize stomach;in clinic,it is often used in deficient gallbladder and hot sputum harassing inside,such as dysphoria insomnia and vomiting hiccup.The author views the clinically common noisy gastral cavity is related with stomach,liver and spleen,besides,with gallbladder,belonging to deficient gallbladder and hot sputum,disharmony gallbladder and stomach,shall be treated with Huanglian Wendan Decoction.
