摘要
由于海上风浪大,工况比较恶劣,钻井船在进行固井输灰时灰罐存在摇摆,灰罐物料重量监测极易出现较大偏差。该文通过对钻井船灰料监测系统的设计,采用双重测量机制,并细化了灰料体积计算公式,提高了测量精度。
For the serious offshore environment,the cement tank parameter cannot be accurately measured when drilling ship transporting cement material.It takes very tremendous influence to the cement weight measurement.This article discussed the on-line monitoring system design of cement tank in drilling ship.There are two on-line monitoring systems,and the software system detailedly carves up the cement material volume account formula.According to the transmitter data and the formula,the PLC can calculate the accurate cement weight,and it improves the measurement accuracy.
