摘要
本文所介绍的是一种新型灰位传感器,是针对灰料容器中(如除尘器灰斗内)气体压力为正压或负压的特点而设计出的,对其进行了理论和实验研究,结果表明,理论计算值与实验数据吻合良好;该传感器滞后时间短,复现性好,无功耗,结构简单,运行可靠.
According to positive or negative relative pressure in powder material vessel (e g. inside the dust hopper of dust precipitator), a new sensor is designed. The study has been done both in theory and experiment, and the results show that they agree each other very well. The sensor delays action shortly with good repeatability. It does not need power. Apart from small volume, the construction is very simple. The service life of the sensor is long.
