摘要
为了准确测量出高速变化的活塞式制冷压缩机气缸压力,应用研华PCI-1715U板卡和高级编程语言Delphi,构建一个压缩机PV测试系统。该系统以研华PCI-1715U高速数据采集卡为硬件平台,借助研华32位DLL驱动程序接口,采用Delphi语言编程对PCI-1715U进行硬件驱动和控制,通过DMA触发方式实现数据高速采集、传输和存储。该测试系统目前应用于小型制冷压缩机,可以准确、快速检测出制冷压缩机的高速压力和活塞位移信号,同时绘制PV指示图曲线。
In order to record the indicated work curve of piston-type refrigeration compressor accurately,the testing system has been designed based on Advantech PCI-1715U and Delphi.Advantech PCI-1715U is used as the hardware platform of this system,under its drive and control of programs developed with Delphi,the I/O operations of PCI-1715U is performed,which makes high speed data acquisition,data transfer and storage available through DMA triggering mode.Now this testing system is used to collect high-speed pressure and piston displacement signals of the refrigeration compressor accurately and quickly.With these results,the PV indicated work curve of the compressor is provided.
