摘要
开发基于LabVIEW的振动噪声测试和分析系统。该系统具有对振动噪声进行实时数据采集,并对采集到的数据进行消噪滤波的预处理,然后通过信号分析工具对其进行相应的频谱分析、相关和功率谱密度分析,最后对分析结果进行存储管理的功能。另外,该系统还具有人机界面友好、运行速度快、开发周期短、易于维护和开发等特点。
The traditional instruments have the disadvantages such as single-function, long technical updating period, and high-cost. So a LabVIEW-based vibration noise test and analysis system is developed on the Windows platform combining virtual instrument with MATLAB and signal processing technology. The system has functions of acquiring the real-time data of vibration noise, pre-handling of eliminating the noise and filtering the data acquired, using the signalanalysis tools to do relevant spectral analysis, correlation analysis, and power spectral density analysis, and at last storing and managing the analyzed results. Besides, the system has features including friendly man-machine interface, high speed, short developing period, and easy to maintain and develop as well.
