摘要
目的 探讨Ⅰ型菌毛粘附机理和抗Ⅰ型菌毛单克隆抗体抗粘附作用。方法 应用提取的抗粘放菌Ⅰ型菌毛单克隆抗体 ,采用3 H标记法 ,在体外测定细菌对SHA的粘附率及抗体的粘附抑制率。结果 抗粘放菌Ⅰ型菌毛单抗抑制细菌对SHA的粘附达 80 % ,与多克隆抗体无显著差异。结论 Ⅰ型菌毛主要介导粘放菌对SHA的粘附 。
Objective To study on adherent mechanism of A.viscosus and monoclonal antibody against type Ⅰ fimbriae for their abilities to inhibit adsorption.Methods Applying monoclonal antibody againt type Ⅰ fimbriae of A.viscosus and marked methods by 3 H ,adhesion of A.viscosus and capability of inhibition on antibody were detected in vitro.Results Monoclonal antibody against A.viscosus could block adsorption of the strain to SHA and rate of inhibition adherent reached 80% between polyclonal and monodonal antibody,there was no significantly difference in inhibition adherent of strains.Conclusion These results suggest that type Ⅰ fimbriae mediate adsorption of strain 5519 to SHA and monoclonal antibody against type Ⅰ fimbriae can block adsorption of the strain.
