摘要
本文研究了用双波长分光光度法同时测定乙酰基二茂铁和双乙酰基二茂铁。因为这两个组分的吸收光谱严重重叠,测定时相互干扰。选定λ_1=506nm,λ_2=400nm测定乙酰基二茂铁,用λ_1=415.3nm,λ_2=495nm测定双乙酰基二茂铁,该方法用于样品分析,都得到满意结果。
Because the absorption spectrum of acetyiforrocene and diacetylferrocene are serious overlap, these two components are simultaneously determined by dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method. Acetylferrocene is determined by λ_1=506nm, λ_2=420nm,diacetylferrocene by λ_1=415.3nm,λ_2=195.0nm. This method is used for analysis of the samples, with satisfactory results.
