摘要
目的:探讨高聚金葡素联合化疗药物经皮肝动脉给药的护理问题及对策。方法:对48例肝癌患者严密临床观察,包括生命体征及辅助性用药,并实施针对性护理措施。结果:加强预防或减轻副反应的护理工作,使患者生活质量得到改善。结论:在全面了解肿瘤免疫联合化疗的基础上,及时处理副反应,预防感染等方面的护理措施是切实可行而至关重要的。
Objective:To explore the nursing issue and strategy of combination therapy of anti cancer drugs and Highly Agglutinative Staphylococcin(HAS) in the intervenient treatment of hepatic tumor. Methods:48 patients with advanced liver cancer were treated by transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion of drugs and active cares were given to the patients according to individual problem.Results:Nursing works focus on prevention and reduction of the symptoms due to chemotherapy,a positive effect on patients' quality of life was obtained.Conclusion:Oncology nurses have an integral role in these nursing issues including the technique of drug delivery, preventing infection,evaluating and eliminating the side effects.
