摘要
目的：观察生物反应调节剂高聚金葡素（ＨｉｇｈｌｙＡｇｇｌｕｔｉｎａｔｉｖｅｓｔａｐｈｙｌｏｃｏｃｉｎ，ＨＡＳ）加顺铂（Ｃｉｓ－ｐｌａｔｉｎ，ＤＤＰ）联合治疗恶性胸腹水的疗效。方法：７４例恶性胸腹水患者，男５５例，女１９例；随机分为２组。另选病情相当的３４例，作为对照组。结果：胸腹水量减少。Ⅰ组有效率５０％，Ⅱ组８０．６％，Ⅲ组５２．９％，而且患者Ｋａｒｎｏｆｓｋｙ评分提高。结论：ＨＡＳ联用化学药物能有效控制患者恶性胸腹水，提高患者生存质量，减轻化疗药物毒副作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of combination therapy of highly agglutinative staphylococcin (HAS) plus cisplatin (DDP)in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion and ascites. Methods: Seventy four patients (male 55, female 19) with malignant pleural effusion and ascites were randomly divided into two groups (group A 38 cases treated with HAS, group B 36 cases with HAS plus DDP) and another 34 cases were treated with DDP alone as control (group C).Results: According to the reduction of the volume of effusion and ascites,the effective rates in groups A, B and C were 50.0%, 80.6% and 52.9% respectively. The Karnofsky score was increased. Conclusion: Combination therapy of HAS plus DDP can effectively control the malignant pleural effusion and ascites and improve the life quality of the patients. Therefore, it is warranted for wide use.
