摘要 经皮射频热切除术(percutaneous radiofrequency thermal ablation)是国外近年来开展的一项有效而快速损毁肝脏恶性肿瘤的新技术,其机制是通过经皮影象技术,以热传导的方式导致肿瘤组织发生凝固性坏死。1999年我院引进国内第一台自动控制射频治疗仪,并对75例患者成功地进行了治疗。现将该技术及临床运用概况做一介绍。 1 技术概况 1.1 仪器及其性能 射频(radiofrequency,RF)治疗仪主要由RF发射器、针式治疗电极(active needle electrcxle)、弥散电极板(dispersise electrode)及B超监视系统等部分组成。
