摘要
本文收集本地区２１８ 例先天畸形儿，占同期出生新生儿的１２－６９ ‰，神经系统畸形明显占首位（ 发生率为８－３３‰、构成比为４６－２８‰）。同时发现，先天畸形与季节、产妇年龄、居住地等因素有关。春季出生的新生儿畸形发生率最高；产妇年龄越大、畸形儿发生率越高；近郊农村畸形儿发生率较高。
In this study,we collected 218 congenital malformation neonates, whose percentage to all neonates is 12.69%. The nervous system malformation is the highest (The morbidity is 8 33%,the constituent ratio is 46.28%).At the same time we saw that the congenital malformation is related to the seasons,the age of the pregnant women and the residece.For the neonates who were born in spring, the malformation rate is high.The older the age of the pregnant women,the higher the rate of malformation.The malformation morbidity in the suburbs is higher than that of the other areas.
