基于Pro/E的塔式起重机用花键齿键槽处失效分析及结构改进

摘要 通过在Pro/E 5.0环境下,对塔式起重机用花键齿进行三维建模,并利用Pro/MECHANICA STRUCTURE结构分析模块对其模型进行结构分析,从而得出花键齿键槽处失效原因,找出花键齿结构的薄弱部分,并对其结构作改进,使花键齿键槽的可靠性显著提高。 Spline gear used in tower cranes is an important part of the transmission which is widely used in the main hoist of tower crane brake institution. In real use, often have the spline gear failure on key slot, if discover the maintenance is not seasonable, easily lead to a major accident. This article through in Pro/E 5.0 environment, with three-dimensional modeling the spline gear of tower crane, and using Pro/ MECHANICA STRUCTURE analysis module to benefit the structural analysis of the spline gear model, and concluded that the key slot on spline gear the reason of failure, and find out the weak part of the spline gear structure, and the optimization of improvement, the reliability of the spline gear significantly increased, so as to ensure that a tower crane in the operation of security.
