摘要
基于Pro/E软件设计了一种新型节气门防松螺栓,并模拟其不同载荷条件下工作过程,计算了不同载荷下新型防松螺栓的变形量,得出设计的此防松螺栓寿命和变形量之间的非线性关系。分析表明,新型防松螺栓完全能克服在交变载荷冲击时发生松动的缺陷。
Based on the Pro/E software design of a new type solar term door lock bolt and under different loading conditions simulating the working process, the deformation under different loading new anti loose bolt calculation, the nonlinear relationship between the design of the locking bolt life and deformation defects, analysis showed that the new type anti loose bolt can loosening to overcome the impact of the alternating load.
