摘要
骨钙素(BGP) 是反映骨转换的一个特异、灵敏的生化指标,它反映了骨形成瞬间的改变及代谢性生理及病理变化。通过进行及早的预防和治疗,以保障母婴健康。应用RIA 法测量BGP。结果:与正常对照组相比,不同孕期BGP均有所下降,孕中期有显著性差异(P< 0-01) ,孕晚期BGP又增加,与正常对照无显著性差异,但与孕中期相比,有显著性差异(P<0-05) 。我们认为,测定不同孕期的BGP可预测其病理改变程度,从而有效地改善孕期妇女的健康,提高胎儿的生存质量。
BGP is a specific and sensitive biochemical indictor in skeleton transformation,which can mirror the immediate changes of skeletogeny and phsiological and pathological changes of metabolism.Method:By measuring the value of BGP in gestational perod,we can take prophylactic action against possible diseases in this period and treat them at an early stage,so as to safeguard both mothers and infants.RIA was employed in this experiment.Result:compared with the control group,the values of BGP declined graduallv with the duration of gestational period in different gestation groups. reaching the lowest level in the medium?term (midferimester)with significant difference(P<0.01).The values of BPG increased in the early pregnancy,which showed no difference compared with control,but had a significant difference with those of midtrimeser (P<0.05).Conclusion:the prophylactic measurement can be taken against diseases according to the values of BGP during different periods of gestation,which will in turn improve health condition of the pregnant women and enhance the quality of the newborns.
