摘要
孕激素对骨骼的影响一直存在争议。本文综述在骨骼生长发育中孕激素对成骨细胞的作用,以及在促进骨形成中的作用,并对其机制进行了探讨;在动物模型及临床试验中证实孕激素对绝经后骨质疏松的预防和治疗起到一定的作用,并且与雌激素具有协同作用。
The effect of progestin on bone remains controversial. This paper will review the effect of progestin on bone cell and the development of bone. Evidence which came from clinical trials and animal experiments showed certain effect of progestin on postmenopausal osteoporosis. Some effects of progestin on bone are achieved by cooperating with estrogen.
